研究内容
- 水稻是我国主粮作物,病害严重影响水稻产量及品质。研究水稻的抗病机理,对于保障我们国家的粮食安全意义重大。植物利用其两层先天免疫系统抵抗病原菌的侵染,植物质膜表面模式识别受体(PRR)感知病原菌相关分子模式(PAMP),激活分子模式触发免疫(PTI),而胞内受体感知效应子激活效应子触发免疫(ETI)。免疫反应的持续激活或者过度激活对植物生长不利,会导致植物自身免疫的发生,不利于作物产量提高。免疫调控机制将植物的免疫反应限制在合适的时间、合适的地点以及恰当的水平。我们的主要课题包括:1. 水稻先天免疫活性氧爆发的控制基因OsRbohI的鉴定及其调控机制;2. 水稻类病斑突变体的鉴定及其调控水稻免疫的机制;3. 水稻免疫受体SDS2的稳态调控;4. 水稻组织特异免疫的机制。
